Using traditionally crafted baijiu, it is brought to the US and distilled again in a copper pot still, with careful whiskey style cuts capturing the heart of the spirit. It then undergoes a patented, non-additive refinement process to further polish the liquid before being matured in seasoned and charred American oak to create a new category called "Baijiu Whiskey".
